The typical steps in the buying process are summarized below:

• Client sends enquiry on vehicle (make / model) they are interested in.
• We find some examples available and send details to client.
• Based on the vehicle the client likes, we make further enquiries with regards to that particular vehicle and provide all details and a price estimate to client.
• Details provided to client can include service records, car history report, roadworthy certificate, pre-purchase inspection report and photos to help the client make an informed decision before committing to the purchase.
• If client is interested, they pay for the vehicle upfront after which it is purchased by us.
• Vehicle is shipped to Kenya (typically takes 30 days) and cleared at the port on behalf of client (typically 14 days).
• Vehicle is then picked up by client or delivered to final destination (Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu).
